WaveRelay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate action.

Before filing a DMCA notice: Please note that WaveRelay provides commercially licensed music for business use, including tracks generated using AI under Pro-level licenses from third-party providers such as Suno. All tracks are offered in good faith under valid usage rights. WaveRelay does not offer music licensed through ASCAP, BMI, STEMRA, SABAM or other performance rights organizations, and such licenses are not required for the music we provide. False or fraudulent DMCA notices may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

WaveRelay will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who have been notified of infringing activity more than twice.
Users may appeal account actions through our formal appeals process. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the action.
